Zero Waste
We recycle or repurpose nearly everything we can’t completely use up – plastic, paper, leftover food, etc. Almost nothing goes to landfills.

Climate Neutral
Every type of food production is responsible for emission of greenhouse gases. These gases contribute to global warming. We calculate our emissions and plant a forest to offset them.

Farm to Table
We strive to prepare the food we serve from products that have not crossed the borders of Armenia. We grow a lot of the produce we use. What we don’t grow, we source from small local producers.
